Returning Athletes Only

Here are each of the pages you need to complete in order to get cleared for participation during the 2014-15 season:

 

**Team Participation Agreement:  Must be completed for every sport every season

 

**Student Alternate Transportation Form:  For students that will either be transporting themselves and/or will be transported by an adult other than a parent/guardian including Coach.

 

Student Personal Auto Usage Form:  For students that will be transporting themselves, requires a copy of current CDL and insurance declaration page in order to be complete.  

Reminder:  if you are filling this form out, you will also need the Student Alternate Transportation Form.

 

**Concussion and Head Injury Information Sheet:  Required for all athletes prior to participation, response to California law that went into effect on Jan 1, 2012.

 

**Physical Form:  required every year, must be dated after May 1, 2014

 

**Emergency Form:  Maybe picked up from Coach or in the Athletic Office

 

** = REQUIRED TO BE CLEARED, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Fall Sports

 

All-Sports Pass

$55 per individual or $160 per family of four, which is four passes for the price of three.  The pass will be sold at Hot August Days.  All-Sports Pass holders get into all home athletic events, except CIF playoffs and foundation games, for free.

ASB Cards

Hot August Days for $30 ($13 goes to athletic fund).  ASB cardholders get into all home athletic events (excluding playoffs or foundation games) for free; get a $1-2 discount at away Delta League events and discounts at dances, performances, etc.  This could add up to over $200 in savings.

NCAA Clearinghouse

All seniors who plan to compete in athletics at a Division I or II NCAA university or college next year must register with, and be cleared by, the NCAA Clearinghouse.  You now register online.  If you have not done so as of yet, do it today at www.ncaaclearinghouse.net or link from NCAA’s website:  www.ncaa.org.

Both Varsity and JV Soccer lost to Tokay High School of Lodi, 2-0.

 

Girls Volleyball also lost Tokay.

RESULTS:

Varsity Soccer defeated Ponderosa 3-1. 

 

JV Soccer tied Ponderosa 0-0.  

 

Girls Volleyball defeated Florin in straight sets!!!

 

Girls Tennis beat Valley yesterday 6-3. Winning in singles was Andrea Dimal, Cherry Lin, Revekka Kostoeva.  Winning in Doubles was Alyssa Montgomery, Kisanet Woldeyohannes, , Dennise Nevarez, Ria Ramchandani, Krista Le and Namahn Nguyen.

9/2/2014:

 

RESULTS:

Varsity Football defeated Beyer 30-18.

 

17 High School teams competed in the Varsity Boys race at the Lodi Flame Cross Country Invitational on Friday. 

Varsity Boys team took 1st place, and was led by Joel Giordano, who won the race, while running our 5th fastest time ever on the 3 mile course.  Andrew Caudle finished in 6th place, Derek Dokter in 13th place, Matt Simons in 14th place, Austin Smith in 23rd place, and Andrew Mellick in 26th place out of 126 runners.

Varsity Girls team also took 1st place, and was led by Sophomore Lauren Windmiller, who finished in 7th place overall in the 3 mile race.  Harjit Singh finished in 12th place, Hailey Farrell in 14th place, Robin Rahil in 20th place, and Savey Rishi in 52nd place, out of 118 runners.

Frosh/Soph Boys team took 5th place, and was led Pablo Bojoquez, who took 9th place overall. 

Austin Mellick finished in 13th place, Michael Ruiz in 33rd place, and Ben Lucca in 35th place, out of 170 runners.

Frosh/Soph Girls team took 8th place, and was led by Perla Gonzalez who finished in 9th place overall, out of 156 runners.

JV Boys team took 2nd place, and was led by Chet Bhatti, who won the 2 mile race, followed by Rodrigo Razo in 3rd place.

JV Girls team also took 2nd place, and was led by Tabbi Lai, who finished in 5th place overall.
