Returning Athletes Only

Here are each of the pages you need to complete in order to get cleared for participation during the 2016-17 season:

 

**Team Participation Agreement:  Must be completed for every sport every season

 

**Student Alternate Transportation Form:  For students that will either be transporting themselves and/or will be transported by an adult other than a parent/guardian including Coach.

 

Student Personal Auto Usage Form:  For students that will be transporting themselves, requires a copy of current CDL and insurance declaration page in order to be complete.  

Reminder:  if you are filling this form out, you will also need the Student Alternate Transportation Form.

 

**Concussion and Head Injury Information Sheet:  Required for all athletes prior to participation, response to California law that went into effect on Jan 1, 2012.

 

**Sudden Cardiac Arrest Information Sheet:  Required for all athletes prior to participation, California law 2015.

 

**AT Consent To Treat:  required for athletic trainer to treat athletes

 

**Physical Form:  required every year, must be dated after May 1, 2016

 

**Emergency Form:  Maybe picked up from Coach or in the Athletic Office

 

** = REQUIRED TO BE CLEARED, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Varsity softball will host Franklin of Stockton in the first Section play-off game. Start time is 4:00 p.m.

Track and Field will travel to Elk Grove to compete in the Section Trials and Championships.

Reminder! ASB and All-Sport passes cannot be used for play-off games! Baseball, softball, and track and field fees are: $6 for adults and $4 for senior citizens and students with ID’s.

 

Any girls interested in playing golf next year need to see Coach Gradin or Coach Williams in the P.E. office. 

 

Varsity football workouts will be Monday thru Thursday 8:00-10:30 am beginning on Monday June 5th.  All students interested in playing varsity football must attend.  See Coach Cattolico before the end of the school year in the PE office if you have any questions.

 

Junior Varsity football workouts will begin on Monday, June 5th. They will be Monday-Thursday from 8:30-11 am. All students interested in playing must attend. See Coach Filan in room 318 if you have questions.

 

Results:

 

Varsity softball defeated St. Mary’s 4-1. Kiannah Pierce and Sarah Brown each had 2 hits. Juju Malana hit a double. Maci Fines had 4 hits including a double. Vianna Barron had 2 hits including a double. Taliyah Miles hit a double, struck out 7 batters, and only allowed 1 hit in 4 innings. Grace Owen struck out 3 batters and allowed no hits in 3 innings.

WHAT IS AN ALL SPORT PASS?

All - sport passes are for parents and adult family members of our students who wish to attend Sheldon athletic events.  

 

They are on sale now for winter:  $30 for one or a family 4 pack for $90.

 

An All - sport pass will give the holder free admission to all home athletic events with the exception of play-off games.
